You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, servers, or systems, or introduce any malicious code or harmful material.

4. Payments and Fees

Pricing for our services is outlined in the applicable proposal, quote, or pricing plan. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are due according to the schedule specified at the start of an engagement. Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services. Any third-party costs, such as advertising spend, domain registration, or licensing fees, are the Client's responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement by providing written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Fees for work already completed or in progress at the time of cancellation are non-refundable. Any specific cancellation or refund terms for a particular service or package will be detailed in the relevant proposal or agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client will own the final deliverables created specifically for their project (such as website designs, creative assets, or marketing materials), excluding any third-party tools, stock assets, licensed software, or pre-existing materials owned by Thrive Tech Studio. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver services effectively, the Client agrees to provide timely feedback, access, and materials reasonably required for the project (such as brand assets, account access, and content), and to designate an authorized point of contact for approvals and communication. Delays caused by the Client may affect project timelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrive Tech Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Third-Party Platforms and Advertising

Some of our services involve managing accounts or campaigns on third-party platforms (such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or performance fluctuations caused by these third-party platforms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if the Client breaches these Terms, fails to make timely payments, or engages in conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to our business or other clients.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
